What does the order process look like?

1. QUOTE

We are happy to assist in estimating your project to ensure your budget is where it needs to be.

2. DEPOSIT

We require a deposit before we can start design or production (a purchase order is okay for pre-approved customers.)

3. ARTWORK PROOF

We will email an artwork proof for you to review to make sure the finished design is everything you had hoped for.

4. APPROVAL

Once the artwork is approved, we can begin production on your order.

5. FINISHED

We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup or installation.


I need my order quickly; can you rush it?

Completion time depends on the type of signage. Most orders are finished within 2-3 business days once we have the artwork approved and deposited. More complex projects such as monuments, ADA signs, and channel letter signs can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on city permits, materials, and installation openings. Mesquite Signs will provide complete project management services throughout the life cycle of your sign project.


How quickly can I get my order?

In some cases, we can rush simple orders to you within 24-48 hours. A service fee will be added for this. Be sure to speak with us to see if we can make this happen for you!
